WHILE USIN GA CUTTING TORCH ON THE INSIDE OF A SQUARE METAL AREA, CUTTING A HOLE IN THE SIDE A DRIP OF HOT METAL FELL INTO THE LEFT EAR CAUSIGN A BURN INTO THE EARDRUM AND A HOLE IN THE EAR DR U. THE VICTUM WAS WEARING ALL THE USUAL AND REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT.

WHILE USING A CUTTING TORCH OUTSIDE OF THE TROMMEL SCREEN, CUTTING AT SHOULDER LEVEL IN A CONFINED SMALL AREA. A DROP OF THE HOT METAL FELL INTO THE EYE. A SPOT WAS BURNED ON THE RIGHT EYEBALL JUST BELOW THE PUPIL.
