The employee and EE's crew were lifting and setting a landing and steps in place between the scale and the office. During the task, EE felt something in EE's abdominal area. EE went to the doctor, and they confirmed it is a hernia that will require surgery at some point. We don't have a date for surgery yet.

Showing all 4Employee was securing an electrical panel on the crushing plant and fell. Broke his heel.
On September 4th, employee received a minor scrape on his elbow. Basic First Aid was given. On September 13th employee woke up with swelling. Sought medical attention. Antibiotics were prescribed.
EE was climbing down the ladder, carrying a 4' metal bar. While trying to rechain, he lost his footing and fell. HIs leg got stuck in the 3rd rung of the ladder, as well did the bar. He hit the bar, which caused a small laceration near the groin area. He also suffered a hairline fracture in his right fibula. Will require special boot 4-6 weeks. No serious/perm injuries.
