EE AND EEER WERE REMOVING TONGUE BOLTS ON CONVEYOR. THE EE REMOVED THE TWO BOLTS ON HIS SIDE. THE EE WAS THEN TO REMOVE THE TWO BOLTS ON HIS SIDE WITH A HAMMER AND PUNCH. WHEN THE EE GOT TO TH E LAST BOLT HE TOLD EE TO STAND BACK AND LET TONGUE DROP 4 INCHES INTO LOADER BUCKET. THE EE REACHED FOR TONGUE AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN TONGUE AND LOADER BUCKET.
