EMPLOYEE WAS STARTING UP THE WASH PLANT. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SAW THE MAIN SHAKER WASN'T RUNNING. AS EE WENT TO MASH THE STOP BUTTON, INJURED EMPLOYEE THREW THE MAIN SWITCH TO CHECK FUSES. AN ARC FLASH OCCURRED CASUING BOTH EMPLOYEES TO BE BLOWN TO THE GROUND. INJURED EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAND WAS BURNED. EE WAS TAKEN LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR EVALUATION THEN TRANSFERRED TO UAB IN BHM, AL.
