INJURED AND TWO OTHER WORKERS HAD LOADED SOME METAL PIPES AND BEAMS ONTO SCOOP BUCKET. INJURED WAS CHECKING LOAD TO MAKE CERTAIN IT WAS SECURE WHEN A PIECE SLID DOWN AND STRUCK HIM ON TOP OF LEFT FOOT, BRUISING SAME.
