HE STATED PAIN IN BACK WAS NOT WORK RELATED UNTIL 8-28-95. WHE EMPLOYEE INFORMED THE COMPANYALLEGING THAT PAIN IN BACK WAS WORK RELATED FROMSHOVELING SPILLAGE ON 8-14-95.
