FRONT END LOADER WAS OVER HEATING. THE OPERATOR PARKED THE LOADER TO ALLOW IT TO COOL OFF. AFTER APPROX. 20 MIN THE OPERATOR REMOVED THE RADIATOR CAP AND HOT WATER SPRAYED OUT OF THE RADIATOR ONTO THE FACE, CHEST, ARM AND LEG OF MINER. MINER REACTED TO THE CONDITION BY JUMPING OFF THE COWEL OF LOADER LADING ON HIS LEFT HEEL AS HE STRUCK THE GROUND.
