Showing all 4Employee was working on the breaker when his foot got caught in a cable which made him slip and fall against a handrail along the catwalk. He landed on his right shoulder which jammed it. He worked the rest of the shift and then went to the E.R. the next day at 5:30 A.M.
EE noticed the water pump was not pumping water. EE checked the pump to find out it had lost it's prime. The EE placed his hand on the discharge hose when the hose came off and hot water and steam covered the EE burning his chest and thighs.
