EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A BARREL OF MIBC CHEMICAL AND PULLED SOMETHING LOOSE IN LOWER PART OF HIS STOMACH. DOCTOR SAID HE HAD A HERNIA AND HE HAD TO HAVE A OPERATION TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE TO HIS S TOMACH.
