HE WAS FALLING AFUEL TRUCK FROM A STAIONARY TANK. HE CLIMBED DOWN THE LADDER TO CHECK FOR AND LOST UP FOOTING AND SLIPPED. WHILE TRYING TO CATCH HIMSELF HE CUT HIS HAND ON THE SKIRT THAT HO LD THE TANK ON.

OPERATOR OF SHUTTLE TRUCK PULLED AWAY FROM LOADING AREA BEFORE THE INJURED WAS ON BOARD CAUSING INJURY TO HIS SHOULDER WHICH RESULTED IN A SPASM AND THE ASSOCIATED INFLAMATION.
