FEDERAL IMPECTOR, EE WAS TRAVELING IN THE MAIN RETURN AIR COURSE AND CRAWLED THROUGH A METAL MANDOOR IN A PERMENENT STOPPING INTO THE NO.2 BELT ENRY. UPON SETTING THROUGH THE DOOR EE RAISED UP STRIKING HIS HEAD AGAINST THE MINE ROOF AND/OR ROOF BOLT WHICH REUSLTED IN A STRAIN OF HIS NECK MUSCLES.
