MR DAVID R CURRY WAS OPERATING A SHUTTLE CAR ON THE 001-0 SCTION - #4 ENTRY AND AS HE WAS TRAMMING HIS SHUTTLE CAR HE STRUCK A BUMP IN THE ROADWAY CAUSING MR CURRY TO BE THROWN AROUND INSIDE T HE OPERATORS COMPARTMENT CAUSING BACK INJURY OF UNKNOWN SENERITY AND NATURE AT THIS TIME
