EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING A MECHANIC IN INSTALLING THE REAR BELLY PAN ON DOZER. WHILE POSITIONING THE PAN IT SLIPPED OFF BALANCE AND STRUCK VICTIM ON LEFT LEG CAUSING A COMPLETE FRACTURE JUST ABO VE HIS ANKLE.
