COLLAPSE OF THE3HIGHWALL ABOVE #2 ENTRY CAUSED THE ENTRAPMENT OF TWO EMPLOYEES. THE INCIDENT OCCURRED APPROX. 1:20 PM AND RESCUE OPERATIONS BEGAN AT THAT TIME. COMMUNICATION WAS MAINTAINED WITH THE MEN UN7IL THE TWO WERE RESCUED TO THE SURFACE AT 4:45 PM ON 3-12-86.
