THE EMPLOYEE BACKED THE BATTERY POWERED TRACTOR UP TO THE MINER GOT OFF AND HELPED SERVICE THE MINER GOT BACK ON THE TRACTOR THINKING IT WAS IN FORWARD POSITION STARTED TO MOVE BUT IT WAS IN REVERSE AND BACKED UP AGAINST THE MINER CATCHING HIS RIGHT LEG AND SIDE BETWEEN THE MINER AND TRACTOR
