Standing beside Mack Truck, the employee failed to see outrigger on truck coming down. His right foot/toe was caught under outrigger

While repairing an auger, the auger shifted and caught the employee's right ring and middle fingers between auger and auger housing. This resulted in both fingers being broken with hairline fractures.
