At approximately 5:20PM on 06/26/23 night watchman notified shift foreman that truck was on fire and foreman came back and extinguished fire.

EE was replacing valve body in D-10 dozer. Twisted body. Strained lower pelvic area.
Man pinned between back bumper of the blasting truck and front bumper. The driver of pickup stated his foot slipped off of the brake and hit the accelator causing the truck to pin the victim between the bumpers.
In the process of greasing trucks, walking around truck he stepped on a rock and twisted knee.
Using pry bar to pry pilot bearing from fly wheel. Pry bar slipped, hand may have hit hook on belly pan. Required six stitches on ring finger, right hand. Light duty until 8/24/07.
