AFTER HAVING BAD WEATHER ALL WEEK THERE WAS A LOT OF MUD IN THE WORK AREA. GEORGE WAS CLIMBING DOWN FROM THE BOOM WHEN HE SLIPPED ON THE LOWER BEAM BECAUSE OF THE MUD ON HIS BOOTS. HE FELL TO THE GROUND STRIKING HIS LEFT ELBOW ON THE GROUND. THIS INJURY RESULTED IN A SPRAINED ELBOW.

HIGHWALL FAILED CAUSING DRAGLINE TO SLIP INTO PIT. AS IT FELL OVER, THE BOOM WAS DAMAGE WHEN IT STRUCK THE SPOIL PILE. A COUPLE OF STAIRWAYS WERE ALSO DAMAGE. THE TOTAL ESTIMATE DAMAGE & REPAI R IS 300,000.00.
