I NAME WAS OPERATING THE MINER AND I NAME WAS HIS HELPER.I NAME WAS BACKING THE MINER OUT OF THE CUT.THE BOOM OF THE MINER WAS TURN TO THE RIGHTAND LOW TO THE GROUND.I NAME HAD BENT OVER WITH WITH HIS BACK TO THE MINER TO MOVE THE CABLE OUT OF THE WAY I NAME BACKED INTO II NAME STRIKING HIM WITH THE BOOM.
