EE WAS ROTATING3PIN TO MIX RESIN WHILE PUSHING THE PIN TO T HE TOP HE HIT ON UNEVEN ROCK. THIS KICKED THE WRENCH OFF OF THE BOLT CUAISNG IT TO HIT THE EE IN THE SHOULDER & FACE.
