A PIECE OF HEADCOAL APPROX. 6'X 6'X7" FELL INBY THE ATRS OF THE ROOFBOLTING MACHINE. WHEN THE HEADCOAL FELL IT BROKE INTO PIECES AND A PORTION OF THE HEADCOAL CAME UNDER THE ATRS AND STRUCK TH E OPERATOR, PINNING HIM AGAINST THE ROOFBOLTING MACHINE. EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING THE CROSSCUT 2 TO 1, THREE BLOCK INBY STATION #425.
