AFTER CRAWLING 5PPROXIMATELY 4000 FEET OF OLD WORKS WITH MSHA INSPECTOR HE RETURNED TO WORKING FACE WHERE THE MINER WAS BROKE DOWN HE GOT ON TOP OF THE MINER AND GOT A ROCK UNDER HIS KNEE. 3
