EMPLOYEE WAS IN PROCESS OF REMOVING BELT LINE. THE BELT WAS LAYING ON BOTTOM OF MINE. THE STRUCTURE WAS ALREADY REMOVED. EMPLOYEE WAS LAYING STRUCTURE ON BELT TO RUN IT DOWN TO LOADING POINT. AND GOT ON THE BELT, AND BELT STARTED THROWING HIM OFF.
