EE CLIMBED BETWEEN 2 HANDRAILS AND LEANED OVER THE BOTTOM RAIL TO REACH FOR A HOSE THAT WAS BEING HANDED UP. THE RAIL BROKE LOOSE AND THE EE FELL APPROX 20 FT BREAKING 3 RIBS.
