LOADING GLUE FOR ROOF BOLTS ONTO BOLTING MACHINE. THE EMPLOYEE LOST HIS FOOTING ON A SMALL PIECE OF COAL, TURNED HIS ANKLE, WHICH RESULTED IN AFALL IN WHICH HE SPRAINED THE MUSCLES IN HIS LOW ER BACK.
