EMPLOYEE WAS DUMPING A LOAD OF COAL AND THE CYLINDER WENT OUT, CAUSING THE BED TO UNLOAD QUICKLY. THE SUDDEN MOVEMENT JARRED THE EMPLOYEE. HE THEN FELT SUDDEN NECK PAIN.
