Showing all 2A WABCO 25 TON END DUMP TRUCK WAS BACKING UP A RAMP TO DUMP A LOAD OF ROCK. THE DRIVER BACKED INTO THE BANK ON THE LEFT (DRIVER'S) SIDE, SPUN THE WHEELS AND KILLED THE MOTOR. HE PUSHED IN THE CLUTCH, WITHOUT SETTING THE BRAKES, AND TRIED TO START THE TRUCK. THE TRUCK STARTED ROLLING, THE DRIVER JUMPED OUT, THE TRUCK GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE RAMP, HIT AN EDGE AND LAYED OVER ON THE R
