SCOOP BATTERIES WERE BEING CHANGED AND BEING PLACED ON CRIB BLOCKS. EE WA STANDING ALONGSIDE OF THE BATTERY AND ONE OF THE BLOCKS KICKED OUT LETTING THE BATTERY SETONTO HIS TOE. THE WEIGHT OF THE BATTERY WAS PUSHING THE METAL AGAINST HIS LARGE TOE, RESULTING IN CRUSHING ONLY THE BONE IN HIS LARGE TOE.
