Employee was trying to tie together a broken strap when EE pulled the strap tight, EE felt a pull in EE's bicep

EE was adjusting the tension on a conveyor belt. This is done by using a large wrench to turn an adjusting nut. There was an accumulation of water and mud at the end of the belt. The worker stood to the side so he would be out of the mud and adjusted the belt. He had to apply more force than usual, probably due to the awkward position. He felt a burning sensation in his back.

The injured person was removing a plug to drain the pump on the water truck at the end of the shift. The PTO was engaged. The wind caught the persons jacket & blew it into the PTO. This yanked him into the truck chassis. He was able to tear his jacket free before more serious injury took place.
