Injured was driving mantrip when a small rock fell from top and hit him on top of rt hand.

Sawing a mine post with a bow saw and cut into his finger which he was holding the post with.
EE WAS USING SCOOP TO MOVE A HEAD DRIVE, PUSHING AGAINST 2 HEADER BOARDS. THE 2 BOARDS FLIPPED OUT AND SMASHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE BOARDS AND THE FRAME OF THE HEAD DRIVE. (AMPUTATION: 1/2 MIDDLE FINGER ON LEFT HAND.)
Supply man was building a stopping. He cut a metal band which held a bundle of 6' solid concrete blocks together. When the band broke a 6' block fell and landed on his hand.
Dropped lid on scoop batteries on right hand and smashed his finger.

SCOOP OPERATOR WAS UNLOADING A PIECE OF METAL FROM SCOOP BUCKET. HE STEPPED BETWEEN THE BUCKET & A MINE POST. THE SCOOP DRIFTED FORWARD & SMASHED HIS LEG. HE WORKED UNTIL 1/11/06. HIS LEG SWELLED UP & THE DR. TOLD HIM TO STAY OFF OF IT & KEEP IT ELEVATED.
ELECTRICIAN WAS TAKING COVER OFF PANEL BOX. THE LID HAD A SHARP EDGE ON IT WHICH CUT HIS HAND.
DROPPED A PIECE OF METAL ON HIS HAND & CUT HIS FINGER.
SLIPPED AND FELL BACKWARDS AND LANDED ON RESCUER. HE CAME IN WITH A DR's SLIP ON 9/26/2005 HE HAD BEEN TO THE DR. ON 9/24/2005. THIS IS WHEN HE FOUND OUT HIS RIBS WERE BROKEN BACK ON 8/29.

Track bolter helper was helping bolter operator pull a stuck drill steel out of a drilled hole. A piece of bad top came down landing on helper's back forcing him down to the ground.

OPERATOR WAS CLIMBING DOWN FROM CATERPILLAR 930 END LOADER AND SLIPPED OFF THE STRP IN THE POURING RAIN. HE LANDED ON FENDER HITTING HIS RIBS. HE WORKED THE 4 DAYS, 7-12-04 TO 7-15-04 BEFORE HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR.

Towing railbus outside, ee was holding pin with his rt hand, as they took the slack out of tow chain the pin smashed his little finger against frame.
Ee standing in operator's compartment on operator's seat, lifted left leg to step on top of machine. The seat was not attached and slipped from under his weight. He fell backwards hitting his right side on edge of operator compartment.
While operating roof bolter the operator raised foot jack which allowed the front of the machine drop down. The operator had his foot under that part of the roof bolt machine.
While riding in rail mantrip, individual struck forehead on belt guard where the rail goes under #3 belt line.
