HE REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT AT TIME OF INCIDENT (OTHER THAN BA ND AID) & REFUSED AGAIN AT END OF SHIFT STATING HE WAS FINE. NO REDNESS OF EYE - SMALL BRUISE & CUT ABOVE EYE. NO LOST TIME.
