THE EMPLOYEE WAS RUSHING TO COMPLETE A TASK & STUMBLED ON UNEVEN GROUND. THE INJURY WOULD MOST LIKELY NOT HAVE NEEDED MEDICAL TREATMENT BUT THE PRECAUTION WAS TAKEN DUE TO A PREVIOUS JAW FRACTURE.
