Rockhead Sand & Gravel, LLC · Fall from machine

Employee was operating the motor grader and chose to jump from the tire to the ground instead of using the 3-points-of-contact method to exit the grader. They fell to the ground injuring themselves by causing a tear in their rotator cuff and breaking their wrist (right side). *Please note that during their exam in the ER, employee failed their drug test
