Employee was using a wrench to loosen a bolt. While wrenching the bolt ee lost balance and fell causing a knee strain.

Employee was filling a sand bag when a bad bag broke and hot sand hit arm causing a 1st aide irritation.

Employee was replacing tube to a nozzle for our sand blending system and had cut arm on the metal bracket while replacing the tube.

Employee was using hand tools, a 12"" bar and a hammer to dislodge a piece of angle iron from a structure. As the angle iron was dislodged EE's finger was pinched between the bar and the ground.

Repetitive movement. Employee was stacking 100 lb sacks of Pool Sand when he felt pain in his right wrist and elbow. Employee was diagnosed with tennis elbow and ganglion cyst wrist.
