REPAIRING FRAME OF DISC/HARROW. WERE TURNING FRAME OVER AND FRAME ROLLED ON EMPLOYE'S HEEL(RIGHT). BRUISED ACHILLES TENDON- WENT TO HOSPITAL LATE (6-6:30 PM) FOR PAIN MEDICATION. TOLD TO STAY OFF OF IT FOR 3 DAYS. TOLD TO ELEVATE AND ICE FOR 48 HOURS.
