Employee was moving stacker manually. When blocking the tire, the tire continued to roll, contacting leg causing fracture of right leg. No lost time from work.

EMPLOYEE WAS MEASURING STOCKPILE. AFTER COMING DOWN PILE HE FELL TO THE GROUND. OTHER EMPLOYEES CALLED 911 AND STARTED CPR. THEY COULD NOT REVIVE HIM.
