CHANGING A SCREEN, THE SCREEN STRUCK HIS FINGER CUTTING THE LEFT RING FINGER REQUIRING STITCHES.
EMPLOYEE WAS MEASURING STOCKPILE. AFTER COMING DOWN PILE HE FELL TO THE GROUND. OTHER EMPLOYEES CALLED 911 AND STARTED CPR. THEY COULD NOT REVIVE HIM.
