EE REPORTED ACCIDENT ON 10/15/02 & DID NOT COMPLAIN OF PAIN UNTIL 11/5. HE BECAME A LOST TIME AS OF 11/6. HE WAS ADDING ADDITIONAL 100' OF DISCHARGE HOSE TO A 8" WATER PUMP. AS HE WAS PULLING OUT HOSE IT BECAME CAUGHT ON A ROCK. HE FELT PAIN IN HIS BACK.
