EE WENT UP TO REVERSE MOTOR ON PLANT SHAKER. EE USED ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT & REMOVED THE FUSE. HE THEN ACCIDENTLY GRABBED THE HOT SIDE OF THE WIRES WHEN HE WENT BACK ON TOP.
