EMPLOYEE LIFTED A HYDRAULIC CYLINDER FROM REAR OF CO. SERVICE TRUCK AND HE HAD TO LIFT THE CYLINDER OVER THE TAIL GATE CAUSING HIM TO STRAIN HIS BACK.
