T M Fuels Inc · Contact with electrical current

NON-CHARGEABLE DEATH- EE CLIMBED A SECURE GATE LOCKED FENCE AT THE TM FUELS INC SUBSTATION. THEN EE CLIMBED ON TOP OF A 4160 VOLT BREAKER BOX AND CAME IN CONTACT WITH 4160 THREE PHASE VOLTAGE, RESULTING IN EE'S DEATH.
