HORSEBACK OR SLICKED SLATE FELL FROM RIB, PINCHING EE AGAINST ROOF BOLTER AND CAUSING INJURY TO UPPER BACK AREA. BRUISING & SWELLING WERE OBSERVED AT INJURY. ROCK MEASURED APPROX. 4' X 18" X 4-6" THICK.
