Landfall Mining, Inc · Caught in, under or between (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Repairing hydraulic hose on 988 Loader, punctured right thumb, oil entered wound cleaned and bandaged wound. Finished shift on Fri. Sat. evening went to ER due to redness, swelling and pain. Referred to UK hospital for surgery to clean wound.
