Green Energy Holdings, LLC · Fall to lower level, (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Four ee's were working on the top floor cyclones in the prep plant. We worked our way toward the ladder access. As we moved, injured EE stepped through the access opening. He caught himself on the floor grate with his knee and his hand on the ladder. I asked him if he was OK. He stated he was fine and went back to work.
