EE WAS WORKING OUTSIDE HE WENT TO MOVE A 8"" PIPE. THE GROUND WAS FROZEN AND ICE WAS ON GROUND. EE SLIPPED CATCHING THE MAJORIY OF HIS WEIGHT ON RIGHT LEG.
