Miner was directing other miner to change a V-Belt when EE stated was not feeling well and had to rest. EE went to knees and became unresponsive. EE's called 911 and started CPR until EMS arrived. EMS ALS for 45-50 Minutes. Miner passed.

Lewiston Sand & Gravel · Struck by falling object

Employee was out of loader checking on a piece of steel next to feeder. When walking back to loader a falling rock off a rock discharge shoot or conveyor belt fell and struck employee in back of head causing him to fall to the ground and become disoriented and bleeding accutely.
