HE WAS REPAIRING A DRAGLINE. HE TRIED TO BEND A PIECE OF METAL USING A PRY BAR WHEN THE BAR SLIPPED & STRUCK HIM IN THE HEAD. HE REPORTED THE INJURY 6/13/02 BECAUSE THE SORENESS PERSISTED.
