EE WAS DRILLING 1/2" HOLES ON CONVEYOR #14-1 TO INSTALL A ROCK BOX. WHILE DRILLING THE HOLES THE DRILL BIT BOUND UP IN THE DRILL HOLE, KICKED AND INJURED EE RIGHT ARM.
