EE HAD NO LIFT & NO HELP & WAS TRYING TO PUT CONVEYOR GEARBOX ON THE HEAD PULLEY SHAFT. THE GENERAL DEMAND OF THE JOB HAS CAUSED HIS BACK TO BE COMPLETELY OUT OF PLACE. THIS IS ONE INSTANCE THAT CAN BE DETERMINED AS A CONTRIBUTION TO THE PROBLEM.
