July 16, 2016 NC · Metal/Non-Metal trespasser OTHER
Carolina Sand Inc · Unclassified, insufficient data

Trespasser gained access via 4-wheel drive vehicle through a swampy area, backed into boat ramp. According to police report victims allegedly committed suicide. Trespasser is unknown to mine employees but was found by an EE who knew him. I was notified by phone about the incident and immediately reported via phone to MSHA hot line.
