EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING A LOAD OF 57 GRAVEL OUT OF THE BIN, WHEN HE WENT TO CLOSE THE BIN GATE, A PIECE OF GRAVEL WEDGED IN THE GATE TRAVEL AREA MAKING IT HARDER TO CLOSE, WHEN HE PULLED ON THE DOOR OR LEVER SOMETHING POPPED IN HIS SHOULDER.
